The price was good
The sink fell in when we first got there. I had to ask from room to be cleaned and when it was towels were not replaced. Then I was told they would bring them right up and they did not get for another half hour, two more calls.
I thought the staff at reception were rude and unhelpful.......doubt I will stay there again.
The bed and bedding were very comfortable.
The two pools and jacuzzi were very dirty and the pool furniture was old and dirty as well. There was a serious problem with flies around the pool. We could not enjoy laying out to tan.
It was a luxurious hotel, considered the price. Room was clean, breakfast was good, pool and spa were wonderful.
The guy who was working at the check-in was not the most friendly guy. It seemed to me that he wasn't too fond of seeing us (we just came out of the desert, so we didn't look too fancy).
Nothing this hotel was horrible.
Worst hotel I havd been in my life.
well located...near cathedral and minutes from down town palm springs
The location is very nice because you have a premioun outlet by 20 minutes and all the casinos in the area are really close.
The breakfast is really poor they most have to provide at least fruit.
The ac was not working for one hour
The bed was reasonably comfortable. EVerything else was marginally acceptable in the room.
Room was antiquated with the walls, fixtures, tv set.Hair dryer was difficult to get to work. Entrance door had cracks at the sides and bottom. Bent metal at bottom allowed the hot air in.Grass and landscaping needed attention. I parked my car in marked stall, and the sprinklers water spotted most all of my car, and the shrubs were dry.
we were unhappy with our stay
there was an odor in the room, the bathroom ceiling was stained and dirty, there was mold in the corner of the bathtub. the tv is really old needs to be updated with good resolution to watch, and remote was not working accurately, and mainly the hours of the pool was 8am-10pm,and the pool cleaner was there cleaning the pool until 10 am we were unable to use the pool. cleaning should have been done way before in the morning. we go out of town a lot during summer and most places we stayed the hotel had a vending machine and ice machine that works. Ramada inn did not have a vending machine and we thought that was strange, and the ice machine near our room did not work we had to go all the way on the other side of the hotel. inside the lobby was the only place to buy drinks and the lobby closed at 11pm. that was not good.
Just make sure I'm a member of Ramada reward program, because I have a total of 1400 points to start with. Thanks and We enjoyed the the ramada way Excellent Job for all hands. Can they include scramble eggs and bacon sausage in the future for Breakfast.
The location is great. Pool area is very nice too.
The shower was difficult to operated and we had a problem getting hot water, but it was fine after running for a little while, there was no soap when we check in, and the Kleenex box was empty. Also ,there was no ,do not disturb sign in the room. But all of these were minor issues.
The loction was good. Two pools is a nice amenity.
The pools were a little dirty, probably due to the time of day and wind. The continental breakfast didn't offer as much as I had hoped, but it fed us.
It was recommended by the cousin I was visiting. I got in late and left early.
The ground was serene and calming and the palm trees surrounding the hotel create privacy and a feeling of comfort.
I did not like the rooms over the restaurant
